Ruslan S. Grinberg

Director of the Institute of Economics, Russian Academy of Sciences. Since 1995 - professor, doctor of economics, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. 

Evgeny V. Pershin.

 Deputy Chief of Analytical Directorate of Administration of the Federation Council. In 1994 served   as Consultant and then as Advisor of Organizational Directorate of the State Duma Officials. Mr. Pershin worked in the Department for Interaction with Committees, Party Fractions and Deputy   Groups. He developed analytical, reference and informational sources relating to (concerning) organizational and activity issues of Party Fractions, Deputy Groups and Committees of the State Duma.

Since 1991 Mr. Pershin was Assistant Professor in Russian State Social Institute and later, Professor in Moscow State Social University.

Mr. Pershin   was given   a qualified degree of  a State Advisor of Russian Federation of third class. He is a member of a work group for preparation of a Federal law concerning " Political Parties".

Mr. Pershin is a graduate of Moscow State University with specialization in History. In 1998 he received a J.D. in Russian Academy of Public Service.

Peter G. Kelly

Founder and chairman of Meridian Worldwide LLC, a multinational company, actively working in the spheres of relations with investors, PR and governmental institutions. Mr. Kelly is one of the leading lobbyists and consultants for political issues. He has a huge experience in the field of government relations, especially in the international sphere. He was the founder and treasurer of the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the organization. Peter Kelly is also a member of the Board of Directors of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems. Mr Kelly acts as president of the Board of Guardians of the Georgetown University Public Policy Institute and a Trustee of the CNA Corporation (formely known as Centre for Naval Analysis). He has received numerous awards, including the Yale Law School Association Distinguished Service Award and the Georgetown University John Carroll Medal.

Iosif E. Diskin

Co-president of the Council for National Strategy, deputy director of the University at Russian Academy of Sciences. Since 1997 - head of board of directors, general director of ZAO Constellation 3Di Vostok. Since 2003 - head of Scientific-Expert Council of VCIOM (Russian Research Centre of Public Opinion). Author of a number of books and over 200 articles
